Job summary

ADP, Inc. is hiring a Payroll Business Partner I to assist Pro Employer Organization clients with payroll compliance and advisory services. You will respond to time-sensitive payroll questions, provide guidance, and help ensure client satisfaction.

You will build relationships with clients by phone, email or chat, while upholding ADP's integrity and service standards. A college degree is helpful but not required, and you may work overtime during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of client and/or service experience.
• Overtime hours during peak seasons.
• College degree is great but not required.
• Preferred certifications such as FPC or CPP.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client liaison for employer-level payroll questions.
• Provide first-level payroll compliance guidance over phone and written channels.
• Educate clients and offer product-based recommendations.
• Maintain a structured daily schedule to handle high call volumes.
