As a Payroll Business Partner I servicing ADP’s Professional Employer Organization (PEO) solution, you will provide specialized support and guidance to clients, acting as the primary client liaison for all employer‑level concerns and delivering first‑level telephone support across several complex functional areas. You will help ensure that PEO clients remain compliant with all federal, state, and local employment and tax laws by monitoring, evaluating, and directing client actions.
This role requires you to act as a trusted payroll advisor, providing timely and accurate advice around payroll compliance and delivering payroll solutions that positively impact the client’s business, foster retention and growth, troubleshoot challenges, educate clients, develop partnerships, and demonstrate deep value in the ADP client relationship.

A college degree is great but not required; what matters is the ability to perform the job. Acceptable additional experience includes prior service experience or military experience, which is valued for its discipline, commitment, and problem‑solving skills.
