ADP is hiring a Payroll Business Partner to serve clients within its PEO solution. The role emphasizes providing specialized support and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws while maintaining ADP’s service reputation.

You’ll be the primary client liaison, handling complex issues over phone and written communication, and you will be measured on client satisfaction in a metrics-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of client and/or service experience.
• Overtime hours during peak seasons.
• College degree is great but not required; military experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted advisor and problem solver for client issues.
• Build relationships via phone, email, and chat.
• Educate clients on product value and provide recommendations.
• Organize daily schedule to handle high call volume.
