ADP is seeking a Payroll Support Specialist to be the primary client liaison, focusing on payroll compliance and guidance for our PEO solution. You will handle time-sensitive issues, educate clients, and help ensure client satisfaction and retention.

You will build rapport over the phone and in writing, follow a structured day, and emphasize integrity and high ethical standards in every interaction. ADP offers training, benefits, and opportunities for growth in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of client and/or service experience.
• A college degree is great but not required.

Responsibilities

• Be a Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver by using broad expertise to help clients solve problems.
• Build Relationships with clients via phone, email and chat to exceed expectations.
• Educate clients on ADP products and provide recommendations for best practices.
