Qualifications

• 0-1 year of client and/or service experience.
• Overtime hours during peak seasons.
• College degree is great but not required. Certifications and Veterans experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted advisor and problem solver over calls and emails.
• Build relationships with clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Educate clients about product value and provide recommendations for best practices.
• Organize daily schedule to handle a high volume of inbound calls.
