Qualifications

• 0-1 year of client and/or service experience.
• Overtime hours during peak seasons.
• Military Experience is recognized and valued.

Responsibilities

• Be a Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver using broad expertise to resolve client issues.
• Build Relationships with clients via phone, email, and chat to exceed expectations.
• Educate clients on product value and translate input into actionable recommendations.
• Organize daily in a high-volume inbound call environment.
