In this role you will be the primary client liaison for payroll questions, helping clients stay compliant with federal, state, and local payroll laws, and you will build trusted relationships through phone, email, and chat.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of client and/or service experience.
• Overtime hours during peak seasons may be required.

Responsibilities

• Be a Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver.
• Build Relationships with clients over phone, email, and chat.
• Educate and Provide Recommendations based on product knowledge and client input.
• Organize to manage a high volume of inbound calls, especially during peak seasons.
