Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Support Specialist to serve as the primary client liaison, delivering timely payroll guidance by phone and email. You will resolve issues, educate clients on ADP products, and uphold ADP's integrity while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

You will thrive in a metrics-driven environment, building rapport and trust with clients while working with a collaborative team. Some peak-season demand may require overtime hours.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of client and/or service experience.
• A college degree is great but not required.
• Certifications including Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted advisor and problem solver for payroll issues.
• Build relationships with clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Educate clients on ADP products and provide recommendations.
• Organize and manage a high volume of inbound calls, especially during peak seasons.
