Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Team Lead for Client Services Operations in Meridian, ID. This 100% in-office role requires guiding a team of Account Managers, resolving escalated client issues, and driving service quality.

You will supervise 6–10 AMs, coordinate workloads, and partner with leadership to improve processes. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in payroll or client services are required, with SQL/Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2 years payroll, finance, or spend management with client services or support experience.
• Successful experience in escalations and at risk client retention efforts.
• Project Management experience.
• Proficient in SQL, MS Access or Excel.
• Operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational initiative, guidance and support across a Client Services Team of Account Managers.
• Monitor team performance and provide ongoing learning opportunities.
• Directly engage with clients on escalated issues and coordinate work.
• Identify and facilitate process improvements and workload management.
