Job summary

Paylocity is an award-winning provider of cloud-based HR and payroll software solutions, seeking a Lead Client Services to guide a team of Account Managers and ensure outstanding client satisfaction. This 100% in-office role is based at our Meridian, ID location with no remote options.

You will monitor performance, provide learning opportunities, coordinate cross-team work, and handle escalated client issues to drive improvements and client success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2 years payroll, finance, or spend management with client services or support experience.
• Successful experience in escalations and at-risk client retention efforts.
• Project Management experience.
• Proficient in SQL, MS Access or Excel.
• Operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Client Services team of Account Managers to ensure high client satisfaction.
• Monitor team performance and provide ongoing learning opportunities.
• Coordinate work across the team and manage workload for maximum impact.
• Coach and mentor Account Managers and drive continuous improvement.
