Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a customer service role.
• Experience using reporting and metrics as a key part of the job (KPIs).
• Experience leading other leaders preferred.
• Experience in HCM/Direct Payroll industry.
• Experience working with payroll, HCM, or HRIS software.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including Excel.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• Lead and coach a team of Account Managers on client interactions and issue resolution.
