BD is seeking a Manager of Payroll Operations to lead the payroll team across the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing in a centralized service model.

The role focuses on driving improvements, aligning with company policies, and partnering with business leaders to optimize payroll solutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience running payroll.
• 5+ years' experience handling multi-entity and multi-country payroll.
• Knowledge of payroll regulations as they relate to payroll and tax.
• Ability to navigate vendor relationships and SLAs with 3rd party providers.
• Excel and Word with advanced proficiency required.
• Strong written and verbal communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll operations across US, Canada and Puerto Rico.
• Coordinate with offshore team and vendors to ensure accuracy.
• Resolve complex payroll issues and questions from clients.
• Educate client groups on changes in payroll policies.
• Ensure timely filing of statutory deductions and returns.
