Job summary

BD seeks a Payroll Operations leader to oversee multi-entity payroll across North America, ensuring timely, accurate payments and compliant tax reporting. You will coordinate with internal teams and outsourced partners to standardize processes while driving improvements in payroll accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience running payroll.
• 5+ years’ experience handling multi-entity and multi-country payroll.
• Knowledge of payroll regulations, taxes, and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Ensure NA payroll is paid on time and accurately; file statutory deductions and returns.
• Lead process improvements for payroll processing, tax reporting, and record retention.
• Advise internal departments on compliance issues related to payroll, taxes and benefits.
• Coach and lead outsourced team to achieve partnership, business and customer results.
