Job summary

BD is seeking a Manager of Payroll Operations to lead a centralized payroll team for the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico. You will partner with offshore resources, ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, and drive best practices across tax reporting and compliance.

The role requires 5+ years of multi-country payroll experience, strong knowledge of payroll regulations, and proficiency with ADP Global View, Workday and SAP. On-site collaboration is essential to BD’s culture and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent payroll experience.
• 5+ years multi-entity and multi-country payroll experience.
• Knowledge of payroll regulations, taxes, fringe benefits.
• Experience with ADP Global View, Workday and SAP.
• Strong communication across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll operations across US, Canada and Puerto Rico.
• Lead coordination with offshore team and resolve complex payroll issues.
• Ensure on-time, accurate payroll and filings with tax authorities.
• Drive process improvements in payroll processing, tax reporting and record retention.
