Job summary

BD is seeking a Manager of Payroll Operations in the United States to oversee multinational payroll including US, Canada, and Puerto Rico. You will drive standardization, partner with offshore teams, and ensure accurate, timely payroll while maintaining compliance with government regulations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of multi-entity experience and strong knowledge of payroll tax rules, benefits, and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience running payroll.
• 5+ years’ experience handling multi-entity and multi-country payroll.
• Experience with payroll regulations and taxes across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll operations with a centralized service delivery model.
• Coordinate with offshore teams and resolve complex payroll issues.
• Educate client groups and teams on payroll policy changes.
• Ensure on-time, accurate pay and compliance with tax and labor laws.
