Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in payroll or business administration.
• Experience handling multi-entity and multi-country payroll operations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax withholding, and labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll operations for US, Canada, and Puerto Rico across multiple entities.
• Manage and coach the offshore payroll team and ensure SLA adherence.
• Oversee timely and accurate payroll processing, tax reporting, and compliance with government agencies.
