Vensure Employer Solutions seeks a Service Operations Manager to oversee daily payroll operations, ensure high-quality service, and drive improvements across PODs or service teams. The role bridges frontline leadership and senior regional leadership, supporting Supervisors, managing escalations, monitoring KPIs, and driving process enhancements.

Responsibilities include staff development, adherence to SOPs, and collaboration with Quality Control, Payroll Tax, Implementation, and Compliance teams

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of payroll processing and HRIS functions.
• Ability to analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and solve problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and teams.
• Strong time management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven leadership and collaboration across cross-functional departments.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day leadership to Service Operations Supervisors, Service Consultants, and Payroll Specialists.
• Monitor KPIs, coaching opportunities, and professional development plans.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and operational guidelines.
• Lead weekly POD huddles and escalate complex client issues.
• Oversee payroll processing, tax, system, and compliance across client accounts.
