Job summary

Paychex is hiring a customer service professional in Tempe, AZ to support one or more Paychex products. You will handle calls, emails, and chats, ensure timely completion of items, and maintain records of client interactions.

The role uses HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS, with a preference for payroll/admin experience and a Bachelor's degree. Overtime is required during peak seasons to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Payroll/admin support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality service to Paychex clients via phone, email, chat, and other avenues
• Follows up on outstanding items to issue completion in compliance with SLAs
• Uses systems and software packages including HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS
• Develops and maintains a basic working knowledge of one or more Paychex products
• Performs data input, maintaining strong prioritization and organization
• Documents all client interactions
• Overtime may be required during peak seasons
