Job summary

Paychex is seeking a customer service associate to support one or more Paychex products with guidance. You will provide quality service via phone, email, chat, and other channels, and ensure timely completion of items in line with SLAs.

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree and payroll/admin support experience. You will use HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS, handle data input, and document all client interactions, with mandatory overtime during peak seasons.

• Payroll/admin support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality service to Paychex clients via phone, email, chat, and other avenues.
• Follows up on outstanding items to ensure completion within SLAs.
• Uses systems and software such as HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS.
• Develops and maintains knowledge of one or more Paychex products.
• Performs data input and maintains strong prioritization and organization.
• Documents all client interactions and communications.
• Overtime is required during peak seasons to meet business demands.
