Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is partnering with a client in Shelton, CT to hire an experienced Payroll & HR Specialist. The role centers on hands-on payroll processing, benefits administration, and core HR duties, with emphasis on accuracy and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate brings ADP Workforce Now proficiency, onboarding/offboarding experience, and the ability to manage competing priorities with strong attention to detail.

Formación

• Hands-on payroll processing experience required.
• ADP Workforce Now experience required.
• Benefits administration experience.
• Experience with onboarding and offboarding.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process semi-monthly payroll for approximately 50 U.S.-based employees
• Gather and review payroll inputs, including commissions and employee changes
• Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on schedule
• Support benefits administration and 401(k) processes
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding
• Prepare offer letters and new hire documentation
• Coordinate background checks, I-9s, and E-Verify
• Maintain employee files and HR documentation
• Coordinate new hire orientations and onboarding logistics
• Provide additional HR and payroll support as needed
