Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for 300+ employees.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll execution through ADP Vantage.
• Maintain payroll compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Audit payroll data and investigate discrepancies as needed.
• Support employee payroll inquiries and issue resolution.
• Partner with HR and leadership to ensure accurate employee records.
• Assist with benefits administration and employee benefits-related processes.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and payroll information.
• Support payroll reporting, reconciliations, and documentation.
• Help ensure continuity and stability throughout the temporary assignment.
