Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR experience, with benefits administration and payroll responsibilities.
• Hands‑on experience with ADP Workforce Now or a comparable HRIS/payroll platform.
• Experience auditing and reconciling payroll, benefits, and HRIS data.
• Proficient in Excel; strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with a customer‑service orientation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Administers health and welfare, retirement, and other employee benefit programs.
• Coordinates enrollment, eligibility changes, and open enrollment; audits benefit data.
• Supports payroll processing and audits using ADP Workforce Now.
• Assist with implementation and optimization of ADP Workforce Manager.
• Collaborates with HR leadership, Payroll, brokers, carriers, and vendors to resolve issues.
• Ensures confidentiality and accuracy of compensation, benefits, and payroll information.
