Job summary

MB Tractor & Equipment seeks a Payroll/HR Administrator to support the HR/Safety Manager across payroll, onboarding, recruitment, and HR reporting.

You will process weekly payroll, manage timecards, run reports, handle court orders, assist with regulatory filings, and participate in projects to improve HR operations. 1–3 years of HR/payroll experience and proficiency with Word and Excel are required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years HR Payroll experience mandatory.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Excellent math, computer, telephone and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and administer all aspects of weekly payroll including timecard follow-up and approvals.
• Handle onboarding: verify employee data to ensure payroll accuracy.
• Manage daily recruitment processes and interview scheduling.
• Complete annual regulatory reporting and employee census reporting.
• Support HR/Safety Manager on projects as assigned.
