Job summary

Human Active Technology, LLC is seeking a Payroll & HR Administrator to join our HR team in Easton, PA. You will manage payroll processing, timekeeping, HRIS administration, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, collaborating with HR and Finance to improve systems and the employee experience.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of payroll experience, familiarity with multi-state payroll, and proficiency with UKG Ready or similar HRIS.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of payroll administration experience.
• Experience processing multi-state payroll.
• Experience with UKG Ready or similar HRIS/payroll systems.
• Experience administering timekeeping systems and supporting managers with payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and process employee changes.
• Administer the company’s timekeeping system and assist with approvals.
• Serve as SME on payroll compliance and wage-hour laws.
• Maintain HRIS data and generate payroll-related reports.
• Coordinate payroll tax administration, garnishments, and W-2 processing.
• Support benefits administration and deductions.
• Train managers and employees on payroll processes and HRIS usage.
