Job summary

Auris, a payroll and HR partner, seeks a Division Manager to lead regional sales by recruiting and guiding Territory Managers and Payroll Client Advisors. You will develop plans, build partnerships, and ensure adherence to sales policies while driving revenue growth across a defined region.

The role requires coaching, strategic planning, and strong communication to achieve monthly targets. A Bachelor’s degree and DMAP training are preferred, with significant field presence and leadership

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Pre-employment background check clearance.
• DMAP Training completed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sales tasks simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of the full sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and interview to grow the sales team.
• Manage region and drive monthly production goals.
• Coach field employees and address challenges.
• Maintain CRM records in Salesforce.
• Stay current on product portfolio and fintech industry changes.
• Provide status updates to VP/SVP.
• Meet minimum production requirements including Install Margin.
• Lead weekly team meetings and one-on-one sessions.
• Conduct monthly team training sessions.
