Job summary

Auris is seeking a Division Manager to drive market penetration for payroll solutions. You will lead a regional team of Territory Managers and Payroll Client Advisors, recruit and mentor staff, and align divisional activities with VP objectives.

The role requires hands-on leadership across sales, training, and client relationships. As a DM, you will build business plans, manage partnerships, and ensure adherence to corporate policies while achieving monthly production goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or combination of formal training and/or relevant work experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years of outside sales and sales management experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to lead groups.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and interviewing to continuously grow the sales team.
• Managing region and holding team accountable for productive sales goals.
• Coach field employees to understand challenges and improve performance.
• Maintain client records in CRM, currently Salesforce.
• Develop knowledge of product/service portfolio and market trends.
