Qualifications

• Availability to work overtime hours during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Serve as ADP's front-line for resolving client challenges.
• Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Educate clients on products' value and best practices.
• Organize and manage a high volume of inbound calls.
