Job summary

Fairygodboss is seeking a Client Service & Product Support Specialist to provide consistent, high-quality tax service to clients at ADP. You will assist clients with tax deposits, filing, and other inquiries while acting as the front-line advisor through phone, email, and chat.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of client service experience or four years in Insurance/Financial Institutions, and must possess clear communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• At least two years of client service or call center experience.
• Clear and concise communication style over the phone and in writing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
