Vensure Employer Solutions seeks a Service Operations Supervisor in Duluth, GA. You will manage client relationships, coordinate payroll-related processes, and train client teams on web-based payroll and reporting platforms.

The role requires guiding retention efforts and interfacing with internal operations to ensure service delivery excellence. Responsibilities include leading client meetings, addressing escalations, and driving process improvements while ensuring timely payroll and tax

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; 2+ years in PEO/ASO/HCM preferred or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with cross-team collaboration.
• Proficient with MS Office suite and ability to learn new tools quickly.

Responsabilités

• Act as primary contact for assigned client group and manage relationships.
• Coordinate user setup and training for payroll and service platforms.
• Lead client meetings to review escalations and discuss account matters.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and resolve issues.
• Monitor payroll accuracy and support Payroll Specialists.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement process improvements.
