Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Duluth, GA is seeking a Service Operations Supervisor to manage client relationships and ensure seamless payroll and tax processing. You will coordinate user setup, provide training for payroll platforms, and drive client retention strategies while serving as a liaison between clients and internal teams.

The role also guides payroll processing, analyzes data for improvements, supports state and federal reporting, and leads weekly POD team huddles; in-office presence

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support client retention through proactive engagement and service recommendations.
• Oversee payroll processing and resolve payroll issues.
• Analyze payroll data to identify process improvements and cost savings.
• Lead weekly POD team huddles and coordinate with managers on escalations.
• Ensure timely tax and reporting compliance and client communication.
