Job summary

Bombard Mechanical is seeking a Payroll Coordinator based in Las Vegas to coordinate, administer and reconcile payroll in line with federal and state laws and Sarbanes-Oxley controls.

You will work with UKG and an ERP system to verify time data, process weekly payroll, and assist employees with payroll questions while ensuring timely, accurate data maintenance. This role supports compliance and payroll improvements.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Familiar with payroll processes and regulations.
• Experience with UKG and ERP systems is a plus.
• Ability to comply with SOX controls.

Responsibilities

• Determines time worked and equipment usage from time sheets and verifies proper authorizations.
• Process weekly payroll and ensure timely and accurate data is maintained.
• Assist employees with payroll questions and related issues.
• Ensure payroll issues are escalated and resolved promptly.
• Enter new hire and termination information into UKG and accounting ERP.
• Assist in preparing control documents for payroll reconciliation.
• Check and verify payroll import information.
• Assist with daily/weekly payroll changes.
• Perform other special projects and additional duties as assigned.
