Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 5+ years in accounts payable, payroll, bookkeeping, or related accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.
• Experience using UKG/Kronos or comparable automated payroll system preferred.
• Knowledge of payroll processing procedures and payroll tax requirements.
• Familiarity with accounts payable processes, vendor records, and general ledger reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll and accounts payable transactions accurately and timely.
• Perform daily accounting tasks, posting, balancing, and reconciling financial records.
• Prepare routine and special financial reports as required.
• Maintain accurate payroll, vendor, and financial documents and records.
• Provide courteous customer service to employees, vendors, and internal staff.
