Vistra Corporate Services Company is seeking an experienced payroll professional to manage weekly/bi-weekly payroll processing in a multi-state environment.

The role includes timekeeping integrity, deductions management, and producing related payroll reports. You will provide Tier 2 call center support for employees, contribute to testing Workday enhancements, and support year-end/W-2 reporting. Strong Excel and HRIS skills are required.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of payroll experience with 2+ years of multi-state payroll.
• Proficient with Excel and Microsoft suite.
• Proficient with HRIS and/or payroll systems.
• Minimum education is HS Diploma or equivalency.
• Experience with Workday or ADP e-time payroll processing.

Aufgaben

• Perform the payroll processing function including time keeping edits, deductions, and payroll reports.
• Tier 2 call center support for employee issues with strong customer service.
• Be flexible for disaster or holiday payroll deadline work.
• Support testing enhancements and changes to Workday.
• Support Year End and W2 Reporting.
