Qualifikationen

• Proficient with HRIS and/or payroll systems.
• 3+ years of payroll experience with 2+ years of multi-state payroll.
• Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications is applicable.
• Proficient with Excel and Microsoft suite.
• Excellent internal and external customer service skills; excellent written and verbal communication.
• Workday or ADP e-time payroll processing.
• Minimum education is HS Diploma or equivalency.

Aufgaben

• Perform the payroll processing function, including timekeeping edits, deductions, and payroll reporting.
• Tier 2 call center support for employee issues with strong customer service focus.
• Be flexible for disaster or holiday periods affecting payroll deadlines.
• Support testing, enhancements, and changes to Workday.
• Support Year End and W2 reporting.
