Job summary

• Resolve employee inquiries regarding deductions and withholdings.

Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure mandatory filings and remittances via PILA and Nómina Electrónica.
• Monitor local labor legislation to maintain full regulatory alignment.
• Partner with accounting for month-end close and audit support.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in Colombia payroll processing with accounting knowledge.
• Expertise in Colombian labor, tax, and social security regulations.
• Experience with Workday, UKG, or similar payroll platforms and ticketing systems.
• Remote position based in Mexico with approximately 5% travel.
