Job summary

Twilio Inc. is seeking a Payroll Analyst II to support Colombia and LATAM payroll operations remotely from Mexico. The role ensures accurate gross-to-net processing, regulatory compliance, and timely payroll delivery for the region.

You will collaborate with the payroll vendor, support month-end close with the accounting team, and respond to employee inquiries while navigating PILA, DIAN filings, and local laws. Prior experience in Colombia payroll and global platforms is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll processing for Colombia with accounting experience.
• Deep knowledge of Colombian labor, tax, and social security regulations.
• Experience with Workday, UKG, or similar global payroll platforms.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with payroll vendor on end-to-end Colombia payroll execution.
• Ensure filings and remittances via PILA, Nómina Electrónica, and DIAN.
• Resolve employee inquiries on deductions, withholdings, benefits.
• Partner with accounting during month-end close delivering gross-to-net reports.
