Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Colombia payroll processing with accounting knowledge.
• Expertise in Colombian labor, tax, and social security regulations.
• Remote position based in Mexico with approximately 5% travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Colombia payroll execution with external vendor.
• Handle off-cycle payments, final settlements, and statutory benefit payouts.
• Resolve employee inquiries regarding deductions and withholdings.
• Partner with accounting for month-end close and audit support.
