Job summary

ADP is hiring a Payroll Business Partner I to serve as the primary client liaison for ADP's PEO solutions, delivering timely payroll advice and compliance guidance. The role focuses on maintaining client satisfaction, solving complex issues, and ensuring clients stay compliant with federal, state, and local laws.

In a metrics-driven environment, you will communicate clearly by phone and email, build trust with clients, and contribute to ongoing client retention and growth.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of client and/or service experience.
• Overtime hours during peak seasons may be required.
• A college degree is great but not required. Military experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Be a Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver by identifying solutions for time-sensitive issues.
• Build Relationships with clients via phone, email, and chat and uphold ADP's integrity.
• Educate clients on product value and translate input into practical recommendations for leaders.
• Organize a high-volume daily schedule to manage inbound calls and peak-season workload.
