Job summary

ADP is hiring a Payroll Business Partner I servicing ADP's PEO solution, providing clients with specialized payroll guidance to help achieve their goals and grow their business. You will be the primary client liaison by phone, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with federal, state, and local employment and tax laws.

This role thrives in a metrics-driven environment, building trust with clients, educating them on ADP products, and delivering solutions that create value in the client

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of client and/or service experience.
• Overtime hours during peak seasons may be required.
• College degree not required; experience or military service acceptable alternatives.
• Certifications such as Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level payroll support to clients predominately over the phone.
• Ensure client compliance with Federal, State, and Local employment and tax laws.
• Troubleshoot client and product challenges and educate clients on best practices.
• Build relationships with clients via phone, email, and chat and strive to exceed expectations.
• Organize daily schedule to manage a high volume of inbound calls, with peak-season adjustments.
