Qualifications

• 0-1 year of client and/or service experience.
• Overtime hours during peak seasons may be required.
• Experience in payroll or HR services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted payroll advisor and client service professional.
• Provide timely and accurate payroll compliance guidance.
• Troubleshoot client and product challenges and educate clients.
• Build rapport with clients via phone, email, or chat.
• Organize daily schedule to handle high inbound call volume.
