Qualifications

• 0-1 year of client and/or service experience.
• Overtime hours during peak seasons.
• A college degree is great but not required; experience can substitute.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted advisor and problem solver, using your broad expertise to help clients resolve issues.
• Build relationships with clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Educate clients and provide recommendations based on ADP products and services.
• Organize your daily schedule to handle a high volume of inbound calls.
