Marvin is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team in Warroad, MN. You will oversee bi-weekly hourly payroll cycles, manage UKG and WFM systems, and ensure accuracy and compliance across locations.

This role requires strong Excel skills, knowledge of federal/state payroll regulations, and the ability to handle confidential information. We offer relocation benefits, health insurance, retirement plans, and time-off programs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR or related field preferred
• Prior payroll processing experience preferred
• Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
• Experience with UKG and WFM systems a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute bi-weekly hourly payroll cycles
• Maintain UKG, WFM, and related databases with precision
• Process verifications of employment, child support, garnishments and other documents
• Provide payroll reports and respond to payroll-related questions
• Uphold confidentiality of sensitive payroll data
