Qualifications

• Associate degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• Prior payroll processing experience preferred
• Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
• Experience with UKG and WFM systems is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute bi-weekly hourly payroll cycles
• Manage payroll administration tasks: daily entries, terminations, changes
• Process verifications of employment, child support, garnishments and other documents
• Maintain UKG and WFM databases with precision
• Compile payroll reports as needed
• Provide payroll support to employees and leadership regarding payroll questions
