Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage bi-weekly hourly payrolls, administer UKG and WFM systems, and ensure data accuracy and timely processing. You will maintain payroll databases and provide expert support to employees and leadership on payroll-related questions.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, compliance with federal/state rules, and collaboration with HR to optimize payroll workflows.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Prior payroll processing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of federal/state payroll regulations preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook & Excel).
• Experience with UKG and WFM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly hourly payrolls accurately for one or more locations.
• Enter and correct data in UKG; handle HR/payroll documents.
• Maintain UKG, WFM, and related databases with precision.
• Produce payroll reports as needed; support audits and compliance.
• Respond to payroll questions from employees and leadership with professionalism.
