Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Payroll Administrator to ensure accurate and timely hourly payroll processing across locations. The role includes managing UKG and WFM systems, performing payroll entries and verifications, and preparing reports for leadership.

The ideal candidate will have payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication abilities, with a focus on confidentiality and precision. This on-site role offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Prior payroll processing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with UKG and WFM systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute bi-weekly hourly payroll cycles.
• Daily entries and corrections into UKG (new hires, terminations, changes).
• Process verifications of employment, child support, garnishments, bankruptcies.
• Maintain UKG, WFM, and related databases or spreadsheets.
• Compile payroll reports as needed.
• Provide responsive support to employees and leadership on payroll questions.
• Uphold confidentiality of payroll data.
