Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Payroll Administrator to ensure accurate and timely hourly payroll processing for multiple locations and to administer UKG and Workforce Management systems. The role includes bi-weekly payroll cycles, data entry, verifications, and preparing reports while maintaining strict confidentiality.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in HR or related field and payroll processing experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with UKG/WFM.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Prior payroll processing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook/Excel).
• Experience with UKG and WFM systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute bi-weekly hourly payroll cycles.
• Enter and correct data in UKG (new hires, terminations, org changes).
• Process verifications of employment, child support, garnishments, bankruptcies and other documents.
• Maintain UKG, WFM and related databases with precision.
• Compile payroll reports as needed.
• Provide responsive, professional payroll support to employees and leadership.
• Uphold confidentiality of payroll data and documentation.
