Job summary

Marvin is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to process hourly payrolls and manage UKG and WFM systems. The role involves bi-weekly payroll cycles across multiple locations, maintaining data accuracy, and providing payroll support to employees and leadership.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree in HR or related field, payroll experience, and strong Excel/Outlook skills, with familiarity in UKG and WFM systems a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Prior payroll processing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations and requirements preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with UKG and WFM systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute bi-weekly hourly payroll cycles.
• Manage payroll administration tasks including daily entries and corrections into UKG.
• Processing verifications of employment, child support, garnishments and other federal/state documents.
• Maintain UKG, WFM, and related databases or spreadsheets with precision.
• Compile payroll reports as needed.
• Provide responsive and professional support to employees and leadership regarding payroll related questions.
• Uphold confidentiality of sensitive payroll data and documentation.
