Job summary

Marvin is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to manage hourly payrolls and administer UKG and Workforce Management systems. The role focuses on accurate cycle processing, data integrity, and responsive support for employees and leadership.

The position emphasizes confidentiality, compliance with federal and state regulations, and collaboration with HR and finance teams to ensure timely payroll delivery and reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in payroll processing preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with UKG and WFM systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and bi-weekly payroll cycles for hourly staff.
• Daily entries and corrections into UKG (new hires, terminations, changes).
• Process verifications of employment, garnishments, child support, and other documents.
• Maintain UKG, WFM, and related databases with precision.
• Compile payroll reports as needed.
• Provide responsive support to employees and leadership on payroll questions.
• Uphold confidentiality of payroll data.
