Marvin is seeking a Payroll Administrator to process hourly payrolls, manage UKG and WFM systems, and ensure accuracy across multiple locations.

The role coordinates bi-weekly payroll cycles, handles verifications and garnishments, and maintains related databases with precision. Strong organization, detail orientation, and communication are essential, with relocation benefits offered for eligible moves.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in payroll processing is preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations and requirements is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute bi-weekly hourly payroll cycles.
• Manage payroll administration tasks including daily entries and corrections into UKG.
• Process verifications of employment, child support, garnishments and other documents.
• Maintain UKG, WFM, and related databases or spreadsheets with precision.
• Compile payroll reports as needed.
• Provide responsive and professional support to employees and leadership regarding payroll questions.
• Uphold confidentiality of sensitive payroll data and documentation.
