Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Payroll Administrator to process hourly payrolls across locations and manage UKG and WFM systems with precision. You will handle bi-weekly payroll cycles, maintain systems, and generate payroll reports while supporting employees and leadership on payroll matters.

The ideal candidate has payroll experience, knowledge of regulations, and strong Microsoft Office skills, with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality. Relocation benefits are available for eligible moves.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Prior payroll processing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with UKG and WFM systems a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute bi-weekly hourly payroll cycles.
• Manage payroll administration tasks (new hires, terminations, changes).
• Process verifications of employment, child support, garnishments, and other documents.
• Maintain UKG, WFM, and related databases with accuracy.
• Compile payroll reports as needed.
• Provide responsive, professional payroll support to employees and leadership.
